Do I need to rebuild my website?
No. Add the chat widget to your existing website with the embed code from your dashboard. Each planned account supports one website.
Can I reply to visitors myself?
Yes. Use your dashboard inbox to join a conversation and reply as a human. Visitors stay in the same website chat.
What does Starter lifetime access include?
The planned Starter offer is a single $60 payment for lifetime access on one website, with 5,000 AI replies each month. It is not a 5,000-reply lifetime credit pack. Email, Telegram and WhatsApp notifications are not included.
Can I pay for Pro annually?
The planned Pro annual offer is $400 billed once per year, instead of $40 each month. This saves $80 compared with twelve monthly payments. Both options include the same Pro features on one website. Starter remains $60 one-time lifetime access. Payments are not live yet.
How do Pro notifications work?
The planned Pro offer includes your choice of Email, Telegram or WhatsApp for visitor-message notifications, with provider charges covered by us. Choose one channel at a time. These are alerts, not a way to reply to website chats from those apps.
